As a single mother to five children, Angela Conley developed ITAVDC and ITAVCP as direct responses to her experience navigating  life while, exposing her children to structured, disciplined and educational environments as early as possible. To ensure they would survive and thrive past the circumstances the were born into. Realizing how education and early intervention positively impacted her children, Angela saw fit to develop these organizations to share her path to success with with children of her community.
